- We aim to dispatch all orders placed before Midday by the end of the next working day but please bear with us at busy times of the year as during these times we may need an extra day!
- When your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email so you know it has been handed over to Royal Mail for safe delivery.
- We send all our parcels with Royal Mail and our standard delivery option uses Royal Mail Second Class with a delivery aim of 2-3 working days from dispatch. You have the option of choosing First Class delivery when you checkout which should reduce the delivery time to 1-2 days.
- The final cost of your order including Shipping will be calculated at checkout and shown before final payment is taken.
- At this stage we are only able to ship to the UK.
- We always aim to deliver high quality goods to you. Should you receive a damaged product or an incorrect order please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours.
- We want you to be completely satisfied with your order so if you want to exchange it or return it for a refund then we are happy for you to do so provided that the products haven’t been used and are returned in their original packaging within 14 days of you receiving your order.
- You should email email@example.com for details of where to send the returned products. A refund or exchange will only be issued when we receive your products. You will need to pay the shipping cost and we advise that you use a tracking service if the goods are of a high value.
- If you wish to cancel an order please notify us as soon as possible by email as we cannot cancel orders once they have been passed onto Royal Mail for shipping.
